My favorite nanny moment is any time a kid finally masters something they've been working hard on, like tying their shoes or reading a new word, and their whole face lights up with pride. Those little "I did it!" moments never get old, and getting to be there to celebrate them with the kids is honestly one of my favorite parts of this work.
