Some of my favorite moments as a nanny are when the kids are truly having fun laughing, playing, and completely in their element and then they look at me with a big smile and ask, *“When are you coming back?”* It’s in those moments that I know I’ve made a positive impact and built a real connection. Knowing the children feel happy, safe, and excited to spend time with me is what makes this work so meaningful and rewarding.
