Seeing kids grow so fast and being able to help teach them and watch them learn new things while also being patient with them and let them make mistakes.
Also kids have such a big imagination with no filters so it’s funny to hear the things they say and the way they think. It also helps me be more creative and brings me back to when I was a kid and makes me think, what kind of role model would I have wanted so I can be that for them.
