The most important part about being a nanny is putting the kids' needs before your own. You have to believe that they are like your own sister or brother, and take care of them accordingly. Also, it never hurts to make the experience a little fun, too.

My favorite nanny moment was playing hide and seek and hiding in Penny's child-sized tent, and her peeking inside saying Peek-a-Boo! Her adorable face was scrunched up against the mesh and I couldn't think of a cuter sight.
