I've been there my whole life caring for infants as early as 12 weeks due to mothers getting off of maternity leave , we cared for children up to 10 years old so I have a lot of recreation experience I'm fluent in sign language so most kids were able to communicate with us before actually learning to speak also experienced in potty training
