I was a nanny for a family last year and it was a great experience but because of medical reasons I couldn't dedicate the time. For the same family I was the back up babysitter. I'm currently able to dedicate time to being a full time nanny/babysitter.

Walks, Fun games, Movie nights, Drawing/Painting, Reading, going to the park, anything that the child would like to do I'm willing to try so they can feel comfortable as well as have fun.

The most important part would be how satisfied the kids are with the nanny. Kids need to have fun and also get a positive experience out of the interaction.
My experience with special needs children...
I've been around many special needs children and in school was in a class that mixed both special needs kids with the Physical Education classes so I know good exercises as well as fun games to play. Because of being in that class I also understand their mannerisms and can accommodate to their needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment would have to be when I would pick up the little 4 year old girl I used to care for from school. I loved hearing about her day and how excited she would get when telling me all about the activities she did at school.
