A little bit about me

I have been working as a nanny, part and full time for nearly 20 years, and am also a birth & postpartum doula and private chef. I have ample experience with all age ranges including newborns and multiples. I am very hands on, child-led, creative and playful, but maintain strong boundaries and calm so that children, parents and I can all thrive in a healthy, nourishing environment.

I grew up in NH, was home-schooled along with my four siblings until high school by environmentalist & teacher parents, and have a BA in Theatre & Film from Smith College. I am also a writer and filmmaker, and continue to grow as an artist and human alongside the little ones I care for.

I am very familiar with Montessori, Waldorf and RIE styles, and continue my professional education whenever possible. In the interim between now and my next perfect fit, I am taking courses and becoming certified as a Newborn Care Specialist, and am doing my second Doula training.

I am fully vaccinated.
