I love keeping kids engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities that support their learning and creativity. Some of my favorite things to do with children include:
Arts and crafts projects (think painting, coloring, and making fun DIY crafts)
Outdoor play like going to the park, riding bikes, or sidewalk chalk
Reading stories together and helping build early literacy skills
Imaginative play, whether it’s building forts or playing dress-up
Educational games and simple science experiments
Singing songs, dancing, and movement games to burn energy and have fun

To me, the most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and their families. I believe in creating a safe, loving environment where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. Being a consistent, positive presence in a child’s life is such a privilege, and I take that responsibility seriously. It's not just about watching kids—it's about helping them grow, learn, and feel confident every step of the way.
