Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve babysat many times for family members and also family friends but at no cost lol which was no problem. At my old church, I was in charge of children ministry. It wasn’t until high school that I started to work as a sitter. Right out of high school, I went full time nannying.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Arts & crafts and coloring, watching Disney and playing roblox, karaoke and dancing, girls makeup and nail polish, swimming (do not worry I am from the pacific islands I can assure you I can swim lol), water guns/balloons, going to parks.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being able to love, care, teach, and nurture a child as if they are my own. Yes, my job is physically taking care of a child but I am also emotionally caring for them. I don’t see it as a job that I dread going to. I see it as something that I am good at and also love doing. I am all about building trust, comfort, and relationship with the kids but also with the parents.

The most important part about being a nanny...

was recently. In Feb of 2023, a family and their kids both under the age of 5 surprised me and invited me to go with them to San Diego. That trip the kids would storm into my room to sleep with me instead of their parents lol. They had also taken me to Seattle with them the previous year but San Diego was the best trip so far. Will forever love their little family!
