The most important part of being a nanny is ensuring the children in my care are happy and kept safe at all times, all while maintaining a healthy relationship with the kids and family. It's important for the kids in care to be cared for with 100percent of my effort. Tailoring to their individual needs in particular while having fun each and every time we see each other.

I have experience with autism especially. I have worked in a classroom with autistic children, mainly 3-5 years old, but also with teenagers. I myself have one autistic boy, age 4. I follow the ABA curriculum on his days off from his services.
