More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking kids to different places like libraries, playgroups, museums, and parks. It's such a joy to see them explore and learn in these new environments. Getting outside is so important for their development too - they can connect with nature, use their senses, and discover the world around them. I love having a routine. Having a routine is awesome! It gives them a sense of structure and security. And when we're hanging out, I love incorporating music, arts, and crafts into our activities. It's not just about being educational, but also about having a ton of fun! I try to make sure every moment we spend together is exciting, engaging, and filled with laughter.
I have been known to build tree houses , forts in the woods, lemon aid stands, yard sales, make scavenger hunts . We stay very busy!!

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the most important aspects of being a nanny is the opportunity to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children. As a nanny, you play a crucial role in their development, helping them grow into confident, well-rounded individuals. This involves not only meeting their physical needs but also fostering their emotional, social, and intellectual growth. By creating a safe and loving space, you can help children explore their interests, learn new skills, and navigate challenges. Your presence and guidance can have a profound impact on their lives, shaping their values, self-esteem, and future success. Ultimately, the most important part of being a nanny is the privilege of positively shaping the lives of the children in your care.

The most important part about being a nanny...
There were so, so many but this one stands out, I think because Max was not one to sit and learn his alphabet.
One of the greatest moments I had as a nanny was when one of my moms called me in a panic. She explained that I needed to teach Max his alphabet so that he could pass the entrance test for Derby Academy, which was happening the next day. Without hesitation, I dedicated the entire day, afternoon, and evening to helping Max learn the alphabet. We worked tirelessly, and by the end of the day, Max could recite the entire alphabet. The next day, he took the test and successfully got into Derby Academy. It was an incredible achievement, as he had learned the entire alphabet in just one day. We were all so thrilled and proud of his accomplishment. It was a truly special moment for all of us.
