Hello, I’m Sydney!! I started my official nanny journey 1 1/2- 2 years ago! It started out needing to find work after high school and turned into much more. To be able to see the transformation from infant to toddler was incredible. Just being able to see all the big moments and share that excitement and joy with a family was amazing. I firmly believe in “it takes a village to raise a child”. The parents set the rules and boundaries and I’m here to reinforce and support the parent’s decisions. I’m also here to make life a little easier so I will always make sure to clean up behind me and the baby, so no need to come home from work and be bombarded and stressed. I also understand that in the early childhood phase, babies' brain development is crucial, so I love to introduce some learning mixed with fun!
