I have babysat/nannied for multiple families throughout my life! I recently began working at an early intervention daycare treatment center where I am responsible for the care of many children full-time but I am searching for something more flexible and closer to home.

Something that matters most to me about being a nanny is making sure the kid/kids i’m caring for feel heard and understood. Practicing healthy communication with kids is very important to me!
My experience with special needs children...
I grew up with a special needs cousin who I am very close with. He has autism and has given me to opportunity to learn about the disorder and learn to communicate and care for people with autism. I have also been learning more about caring for delayed children at my current job at an early intervention center.

One of my favorite moments was taking one of my kids to gymnastics every week and watching them learn and grow in their sport!
