I have babysat (along with my nanny experience) since I was 13 as well! My boyfriends large family has recently introduced 4 babies into the family (now 7-14 months old) and I have gotten lots of exposure to them multiple times a month and have gotten experience caring for them during vacations with the family etc.

Getting to see the world through their eyes and encouraging/seeing their milestones. I also love speaking confidence and love into their nervous systems- making sure they won't let anyone dim their light!

I have experience with children with Autism and understand some of the ins and outs of the spectrum (or pie chart) because my cousin (now 20) and uncle who lives with me are both autistic and I would love to learn more about what your child may need from me
