A little bit about me

Hello! I am a preschool teacher with Montessori experience, who has been working as a nanny for the past 5 years. While at the Montessori school, working in a multi-level classroom, I was selected to work as the lead in the infant community with babies 0-14 months. I loved my work, and am a big fan of the home environment, because it instills so much security and confidence within a child, so I accepted a position as a nanny. I worked with a family from the time their daughter was 7 weeks old until we enrolled her in preschool last spring. I am now looking to work with another family. While in Montessori, I learned about child development, and how to create interesting and engaging learning environments. It is my joy to introduce little ones to art, literature, and sensory activities right from the start! I have also had the privilege of teaching children to read!
