My favorite nanny moments are when the babies smile at me when they wake up, they begin to pre-crawl, rocking back and forth, the moment they take their first steps, when they begin baby led weaning, and when they begin to coo as they begin their first sounds of language development. Every stage of development is a moment of excitement for these little ones and me.
