A little bit about me

Hello! I’m Taylor, it’s so nice to meet you all! I plan on completing a masters degree in Acupuncture and am currently in an online bachelors program for functional medicine. I love being outside and going on adventures to the beach, to museums, or even just a nature walk. I love working with kids so much because of the connection built, I look at the families I work for as second families and although it is technically work I very much enjoy being there and spending time and building memories with the kids. I love doing crafts and science experiments with the older kids and I love learning and sensory games with babies. I also have a knack for cleaning and have no problem doing any housework, to me it’s instant satisfaction:)!

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked in an elementary school for two years partly in one of the special education rooms and partly in afterschool, I have also had three nanny jobs with kids ranging from 6 months to 6 years old and have loved every one of them! I’ve always been interested in childcare as I’ve been babysitting since I was about 14.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love sensory activities for the little ones and learning games of course, being outside is super important to me so any chance I get to go play outside with then I take it. Different activities like bowling or trampolines are always fun with the right age group as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me the most is that the kids feel loved, accepted, and never ignored. I want them to think of me as family or at least close to it, connection is super important to be able to be a childcare provider.

My experience with special needs children...

I had a nanny job for a two year old who had some medical issues, so I am completely comfortable with tube feeding and medications. I have also been a one on one with a girl who had autism so I am also comfortable with any special needs they require.

Sasha S. - Seeking Work in Wilmington

Full-Time Nanny Available in Wilmington, MA: Sasha S.

Hi, I’m Sasha, a mom of two young children with a passion for early childhood development and care. I’m opening my home to provide a warm, nurturing nanny setting for a small group of up to three children, where each child can receive personalized attention and feel truly supported. I bring a strong professional background in education, including experience in special education, licensure as a school counselor, and certification as an EEC licensed teacher. This allows me to thoughtfully support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs in a meaningful way. I believe children learn best through play, exploration, and connection with the nature. I love creating engaging, hands on experiences that spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help children discover and learn at their own pace. My goal is to provide a safe, enriching environment where children can grow, explore, and feel at home.

Kyra K. - Seeking Work in Wilmington

Full-Time Nanny Available in Wilmington, MA: Kyra K.

Hello! My name is Kyra (Kee-ruh). I am 22 years old and a senior at UMASS Lowell! I am a Criminal Justice Major and school is a very important part of my life. Outside of school, I am an outgoing, dependable and trustworthy person. I'm passionate about anything I put my mind to and I have a great work ethic. I love working with and helping people (especially children!). I have extensive experience working with children of various ages. I've gained my experience early on from helping friends, family, and coworkers with childcare and later on branching out and turning it into a temporary career while I work towards my future. I've met so many amazing families and children throughout my years of nannying. It is a very rewarding job for me-- there is nothing better than building a nurturing connection with children outside the ones they make with their parents! The best part of the job is making a new friend and having the opportunity to watch them grow into amazing, productive people.
