A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Taylor, and I’ve spent the past five years working in a variety of childcare settings. I began as a summer camp counselor, leading engaging activities for children ages 4–12 and ensuring they had a safe and exciting experience. During field trips, I was trusted to supervise up to eight children at a time, helping them stay safe while having fun.

After camp, I worked at a childcare center based in a community rec center, where I continued to support kids through structured play and daily routines. Currently, I’m a Registered Behavior Therapist with nearly a year and a half of experience. In this role, I collect behavioral data and implement individualized programs that help children build communication skills and learn effective coping strategies—all while making sure they’re enjoying themselves in the process.

Working with children is something I’m deeply passionate about, and I’m dedicated to helping each child grow in confidence, independence, and joy.
