Hello! My name is Taylor, and I’ve spent the past five years working in a variety of childcare settings. I began as a summer camp counselor, leading engaging activities for children ages 4–12 and ensuring they had a safe and exciting experience. During field trips, I was trusted to supervise up to eight children at a time, helping them stay safe while having fun.

After camp, I worked at a childcare center based in a community rec center, where I continued to support kids through structured play and daily routines. Currently, I’m a Registered Behavior Therapist with nearly a year and a half of experience. In this role, I collect behavioral data and implement individualized programs that help children build communication skills and learn effective coping strategies—all while making sure they’re enjoying themselves in the process.

For the past year and a half, I’ve been working as a Registered Behavior Therapist, supporting children on the autism spectrum between the ages of 3 and 12. During this time, I’ve gained valuable experience in recognizing and safely redirecting children when they begin to engage in undesired behaviors, helping guide them toward more appropriate and engaging activities. Along with this i have learned how to safely handle any aggressive or intense behaviors that may occur.
