It depends on the age. For toddlers they are starting to gather everything and learn behaviors that are right from wrong, they are with the nanny a lot of the time so it’s important to be a good mentor and get excited at certain things and no emotion for others.

Honestly I always have a great connection with anyone I nanny, my niece is 2 and I have watched her almost everyday of the week since she was young and we are attached to the hip. She’s my girl lol!
