I have spent a lot of time with my niece who is two years old. My brother just recently had another baby as well, who I haven’t gotten the chance to spend as much time with, so I do not have as much experience with infants!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Even at my age I absolutely love to color! I have tons of markers and coloring books that I would love to share with the kids. I really am willing to do any activities they are interested in, inside or outside! I’d love to spend time at the pool, go on walks or ride bikes if they have learned how to, or join them in any sports they may be interested in.

It’s really important to me to make sure the kids feel seen and heard. Especially if there are multiple of them, it’s extremely important to make sure they know they are equally loved and cared for. This is something I value a lot in my daily life, no matter how old, I am always trying to make sure everybody feels included and comfortable. Every child is different and can take new information in differently and a big skill of mine that I am proud to have is that I am super understanding to all feelings. Not only would I have patience for tiny issues such as not liking what’s for dinner and throwing a bit of a tantrum, but I am willing to be someone in children’s lives that they feel safe and comfortable talking to. Every child is different and I completely understand some may get angry easily, have anxiety easy, or maybe just never run out of energy! I am the youngest after my 3 siblings and have always wanted to have a little sister or brother of my own to help through growing up.
