More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I've worked with kids in both school and home settings. I was a Behavior Technician for 4th and 5th graders, supporting focus, routines, and one-on-one guidance. I've also nannied and babysat for families, helping with daily routines, homework, and calm, consistent care. In college, I was a member of Gamma Phi Beta and volunteered with Girls on the Run, where I mentored elementary-age girls, supported their activities, and encouraged confidence and teamwork.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy keeping kids active and engaged with a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Indoors- I love doing crafts, reading, educational games, and imaginative play. Outdoors- I enjoy park time, walks, sports, chalk art, bubbles, and simple nature activities. I match activities to each child’s age, interests, and energy level to keep things fun and supportive.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny, to me, is building trust — both with the child and with the parents. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where kids feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I pay attention to their emotions, their routines, and what helps them feel secure, and I show up with consistency so they always know what to expect from me.
I care about connection, communication, and reliability. Parents deserve someone who is steady, prepared, and easy to work with, and kids deserve someone who is patient, warm, and genuinely invested in their growth. Whether I’m helping a child regulate after a tough moment or encouraging them socially and emotionally, my goal is always to make their day easier and their world feel safe.

My experience with special needs children...
I have strong experience working with children with special needs. As a Behavior Technician, I supported elementary-age students with autism, ADHD, behavioral and emotional disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and sensory or communication challenges. I'm comfortable providing calm, structured, individualized support and helping children feel safe, understood, and confident.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I’ve had many meaningful moments as a nanny, from helping kids feel safe on my very first day with a new family to supporting children through sensory overload or cheering them on as they build confidence. The moments where a child goes from unsure to trusting me, or from nervous to proud of themselves, are always my favorite.

Hi! My name is Aileen, I am 18 years old and I’m currently in college at phoenix college, majoring in interior design. I haven’t worked as a professional babysitter before, but I’ve always had lots of experience taking care of kids because I have lots of little ones in my family and I am the oldest of 3 siblings. I’ve always loved being around kids and taking care of them. My cousins always have me babysit their kids whenever they need me, and that makes me happy because I love spending time with them and they know their little ones will always be in great hands!💕
