The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is making sure the child is comfortable, safe, and having a good time. Even though I can just say one of these factors they are all so important. Most kids I babysit are very young and have trouble being away from their parents so it is so important to make sure they are happy. Safety is so important when it comes to babysitting since children are vulnerable and can't always take care of themselves. The last very important part of being a nanny is definitely being comfortable with each other so we can all have a good time.
My experience with special needs children...
I have an autistic sister so I have had a lot of experience with special needs children of all ages since I was little. I understand when to give the children space and when they need me the most.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when this 4 year old I was babysitting wanted to play super heroes and he made me put on wigs and silly props and we laughed so much that we couldn't breathe. Then we ate popcorn and watched Cars till his mom came home.
