Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Crafts, educational games & activities, 30-45 mins outside playing, having them doing group activities with one another, as well as teaching them age-appropriate life skills (brushing teeth, tying shoes, picking up after themselves with help and guidance! I’m big with music & dancing games, (age-appropriate of course) as well as helping them make homemade mothers and Father’s Day gifts, & siblings, and grandparents as well! & of course a classic age appropriate Board games! The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny to me is a genuine love for children and prioritizing their safety and well-being above all else. This involves building a strong, loving bond, providing a nurturing environment, and having the patience and responsibility to handle a child's needs and emotional development!!
My experience with special needs children...
Verbal and non-verbal autistic children,
ADD/ADHD children, I have worked with children that have needed medicine that Parents had already made up to go for me so all I had to do was administrated (no pain medication or anything along those lines)
I also helped one of my very dear friends care for her brother before he passed, who was wheelchair-bound (I just never did any of the serious medical stuff)
Type 1 & 2 diabetes children as well.

Just seeing them happy, healthy and having fun & striving in life! There’s nothing more rewarding when their face is light up with a big old smile every time they see you, it’s one of the most rewarding aspects of being a nanny is the joy of nurturing and witnessing a child's growth. From their first steps to their first words,
