A little bit about me

I worked at Maranatha Christian School as a nursery worker. I had 10 babies with another helper for 13 years. I enjoyed the work and was there for all those years and I enjoyed every bit of it. The real truth why I left is they did not pay my worth having 10 babies and not making $10 an hour I just couldn't no longer do that with the price of living going up. Plus I worked at the Cracker Barrel for 8 years before Maranatha so I'm good with people and children and mostly babies but I love children the most.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I cared for 10 babies 0 to 12 months for 13 years, and I enjoyed every bit of it. The babies are so good I believe all babies are good. And I have 15 grandchildren ages rank from three years of age to 23 years of age. And I believe that the Lord put me here to protect children and to love them.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love reading to them, I love to push a little ball back and forth with them build little blocks together along with the Legos. I love to take him outside and show him the pretty leaves or just sit on a blanket on the grass and just let them see the Beautiful Day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I guess the most important part of being a nanny is showing the children how much you care and love them and listen to them and let them Express themselves in their own way and make them feel like the most important part. When a child feels like they're being listened they feel so important and I love the way it brings the child out

My experience with special needs children...

The only special needs child I worked with was my own he had meningitis at the age of 6 weeks and it changed his mentality. So I worked with him everyday he may be up in age but his mind will always be as a 15-year-old. But the love seems to grow bigger when someone else is in need of you

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have never been a nanny except for my grandchildren I have three grand girls that live next door to me, and the days that the daycare is closed to where their mama needs me I tend to them make sure they have all their meals their naps clean house supper ready for when Mama comes home. And that's the only Nanny and I have ever done
