"Tierra Long was a wonderful nanny/ overnight sitter for my 3 little ones. She was very interactive with my children. For example she would construct activities for one on one time as entertainment for them ,gave individualized gifts and participated abundantly with holiday activities/ surprises. She was very encouraging and kept them on task while trying to keep it as fun and enjoyable for them as possible especially with the added job of assisting in adjusting the kids to being a bit younger and away from their mother overnights. I even upped her job load twice with unexpected pregnancies and even with 2 under 2 for a year she stayed. She is respectful and the children seemed to follow her lead and respected her well and hold her to a high regard even still . I will always recommend her as I have in the past to associates with older kids on which they all returned with great reviews. It is my belief that a family of any sort would be blessed abundantly to have her. Great Assist!"
