My name is Tiffany, I’m 31 years old, and I bring over 13 years of experience working with children as a dedicated teacher, along with hands-on nannying and babysitting experience throughout the years. Caring for and connecting with kids has always been a true passion of mine.
I'm creative, outgoing, and energetic. I love incorporating arts and crafts, outdoor activities, sports, and even fun time in the kitchen into my time with children to keep them engaged and smiling. I’m also a proud mom to my amazing 11-year-old daughter, who is my world and has shaped me into the patient, nurturing caregiver I am today.
My daughter and I moved from New York about three years ago in search of a better life, and we’ve fallen in love with our new home. While I truly enjoy teaching, I’m currently looking for a nanny position that offers more flexibility so I can continue to prioritize time with my daughter while doing what I love caring for children. The most important thing about being a nanny is showing the kids you love them, show them that you care and guide them.One of the most important things to me about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where children feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and someone who truly listens to them. It’s not just about supervision—it’s about building a genuine connection, supporting their growth, and helping them feel confident in who they are. Knowing that I can positively impact a child’s day, even in the smallest ways, is what makes this role so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

Being a preschool teacher for so long, ive encounters some children with Autism, ADHD and speech delay.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I cared for a shy little girl who had a hard time expressing herself and often felt overwhelmed. I started incorporating small art projects into our daily routine, and one day I encouraged her to create a “feelings board” using colors, drawings, and stickers to show how she felt. Over time, she began opening up more and even started talking through her emotions with me while we worked together.
A few weeks later, her parent told me they noticed a big change in her confidence and communication at home. Seeing her grow, smile more, and feel understood was incredibly rewarding, and it reminded me why I truly love what I do.
