More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked over the years at multiple different prestigious daycare centers, as well as 3 years as a nanny of twin girls, along with my experience in ABA as a behavioral therapist
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am an education based person who loves to make every experience a safe and fun learning experience. I love to set themes for each week. I have experience with every age group from 6 weeks-16 years old. So the activity depends on the age. Some examples I’ve done with children: freezing plastic sea animals in ice and we do an experiment as we use different safe tools to break into the ice and watch it melt. As each animal is revealed, I have prepared a fun fact about each animal.
Another for younger children is to have a sensory bin of warm water with bubbles, and we take rubber ducks, dinosaurs, and cars to the “car wash” and use different textured items to “wash” them.
I love to do canvas art with all age groups and theme them based on up coming holidays. It’s never a dull moment in my presence as improv dance parties is definitely a thing.

The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me about being a nanny is safety, fun, education, and most importantly, upholding the parents desired way for each days schedule to take place.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked in ABA (applied behavior analysis) as a behavioral therapist for 2 1/2 years. I have helped create and implement behavior intervention programs, task analysis, and collected and analyzed data to ensure the integrity of the programs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments with children are watching them have “ah ha!” Moments as they are absorbing information and asking questions. Seeing their eyes light up with excitement for learning is a beautiful moment of accomplishment that I am honored to be a part of.
