My favorite moment was when I was nannying for a family that had a child who was very shy and standoffish. After the first week of trying to connect with them I felt like they were beginning to open up more. The next Monday when I came in the child was waiting at the window for me and when I came in they ran to me and gave me a big hug. I was surprised and from then on I created a bond with them that I will always cherish.
