The most important part about being a nanny is to provide the best care possible to the little ones under your watch, and quality care means having great responsibility, integrity, dignity, maturity, professionalism, and perfectionism in the job. It means making sure that the little angels are safe, loved, happy and cared for at all times. I good nanny has patience, time, love and God on their side. The most important part about being a Nanny is to love children because if you truly love a child you will have all of this criteria, you will do what isn't necessarily easy but what is right and in the best interest of the child at all times.

I have experience with special needs children through four years as an aid and a shadow in special needs classrooms, vbs's, and a special leadership program called Fusion.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Nanny moment will always be the bonds that I am creating with such special little people in my life. I learn something new from them everyday! One moment that comes to mind is when a little four year old redheaded girl I was taking care of put her head on my shoulder hugged me and called me her friend.
