Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am 56 years old. I have two grown children which I raised, one has a learning disabilities. So I learned how to deal with those challenges. So I have had a lot of experience with children. I also volunteer at my church for children and preschool and through my years I have learned to do crafts with children that help them learn shapes colors and other things craft projects that we make for mommy and daddy and they learn something as they’re doing it. It’s fun anyway I really like to become your nanny, if you find me acceptable, so please reach out and I can start immediately.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to go to the pool during the summer so I enjoy taking children with me. I have friends with kids that they worked during the day so I take their children during the week to the pool with me., also as I said earlier, I like to do arts and crafts with children that also helps them to learn. I take them to the park. I have two small dogs that love to go to the dog park and on walks and such so I take the children with me so they could have some fun playing with some dogs, friendly dogs and if that’s OK with you of course and if not, they can always go on walks with me for exercise instead of sitting in the house on a video game all day

The most important part about being a nanny...

Most important thing about being a nanny. Is the children making sure they’re safe, well cared for, fed and keeping a close eye on them so they don’t accidentally do something that could get them in trouble or hurt them themselves..

My experience with special needs children...

I have a child with a learning disability and then some so I’ve had to learn how to deal with her special needs as I raised her. She is schizoaffective and has ADHD bipolar a couple of other things and she’s now married with children and doing very good and graduated high school, which was very proud of because I didn’t think she was gonna make it.

The most important part about being a nanny...

my favorite moments with children are when they say the darndest things you can never get more truthful than a child’s words and sometimes they just make you laugh. And that’s what I try and do with them. Let them have a good special day with fun learning and stuff that they don’t even know how they’re doing. I mean, they know they’re having fun, but they don’t know their learning as they’re doing it so it makes it even more fun for all of us.
