I am currently receiving my Bachelor degree in Education. Little ones are my favorite. I started in after school care then moved on to working for a foster care agency. This led to new opportunities and I became an infant toddler & preschool teacher at multiple centers as a teacher and substitute. My plan one day is to help families my opening a small day educational care. I am studying for my c best so I can be the best teacher. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I started in after school care as an assistant then grew into new opportunities and became head teacher in a first grade after care classroom. This lead to working in foster care at an agency. I have baby sat for plenty of families I met through after school care and by word of mouth. I worked in several ECE sites and currently work for county headstart and believe a nanny job will help further my career development. I will receive my Bachelors in education in May, yay.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy going outdoors , getting messy, and creating and considering new activities for children. My education has led me to consider what is best for children’s developmental growth. New studies are always helpful and informative and the education I received can help provide ideas and fresh perspectives and curriculum.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children with autism and adhd. When receiving my masters degree my hopes are to develop my expertise with children with special needs. I am open to learning.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There are to many to count. Children make me happy and my favorite part of being a nanny is playing and planning with children . I think it’s imperative they participate in daily activities they can choose. Thinking back to the fun, unpredictable , funny, moments I spent with children is truly the best .
