The most important part about being a nanny, live in, or live out, is making sure that you’re respecting the families wishes. This goes for ALL families! Another thing that really important is creating a bond with the children AND the parents. Being on time, and doing what is expected to be done is also a very important factor when taking care of someone child(ren),

I have cared for children with Autism, as well as, children with Bipolar Personality disorder.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I’d say my favorite nanny(ing) moment would have to be the look on the face of a little girl I was babysitting on weekends learning how to read! We had practiced for WEEKS and the moment she realized she was doing it on her own, her eyes lit up and she gave me the BIGGEST hug. I’ll never forget this day!!
