A little bit about me

I am a current college student and a big sister to an energetic 11 year old! I've wanted to be a teacher for years, and although my official career path has changed, I'm still interested in being around kids. I've done lots of volunteer work at my previous schools being in charge of activities, food, etc. and setting up for events. Taking care of my sister, and sometimes her friends, has become a common thing for me, and at this point it feels like second nature! Other than times that I have school, I'm willing to work flexible hours if necessary. I'm also open to doing other things to help and make things easier including cleaning up, fun activities, and other errands.

I've done volunteer work at my previous schools, helping with food prep, setup, cleanup, activites, etc. Taking care of my 11 year old sister, 12 year old, and 2 year old niece has become something I do often, and it feels like second nature!

The most important part of being a nanny is the wellbeing of the kids. Making sure that the kids are okay and taken care of should be the first priority. Being efficient and paying close attention to anything that needs to be done is also just as important.

One day when I was in the car with my niece and sister, we were listening to music and the kids started singing around playfully in funny voices and we laughed so hard, and we still talk about it to this day!
