What matters to me about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with the children and their family. It's incredibly rewarding to watch them achieve milestones and to be there to support them through challenges. Being a positive role model and providing consistent care are also key aspects that I strive to maintain in my role as a nanny.
