A little bit about me

I’m currently in school working toward becoming a physical therapist. For 8 months, I worked as a before and after school teacher with kids from kindergarten through 6th grade. It was a great experience where I got to help with homework, plan fun activities, and build strong relationships with the students.

Alongside that, I also coached volleyball for 4 months, working with a wide range of ages—from 1st graders all the way up to high school sophomores. Coaching was one of my favorite things because I got to see the kids grow, gain confidence, and have fun while learning new skills.

I also worked as a volleyball coach for about 4 months, coaching kids from 1st grade all the way up to high school sophomores. In both roles, I was responsible for creating a positive environment, handling behavior management, and supporting kids emotionally and physically throughout the day.

My favorite nanny moment was when one of the kids I was watching learned how to ride a bike for the first time. We had been practicing for a while, and I could tell they were nervous but really wanted to get it. The day they finally took off without training wheels, their face lit up with so much pride and excitement—it was such a cool thing to witness. Moments like that remind me how rewarding it is to support kids as they grow and hit milestones, big or small.
