The most important part about being a nanny...
…was with a baby who was very attached to her mom and struggled with separation. She couldn’t leave her side or be held by anyone else without crying. Over time, we finally got to a point where her mom could leave the room—and eventually, the house—without her getting bothered. It felt like a major accomplishment. Each time she’d reach out for me from her mama’s arms would be a reflection of the strong bond and sense of security we built together🩷
