I have been taking care of children since I can remember as the oldest child and firstborn daughter in a Hispanic household; the birthright job comes with the responsibilities of sometimes being the second parent in your own right, but for the last two years and until I left Venezuela, I was taking care of children and for 16 months. I always cared with love, respect and responsibility. I was the nanny for a family of 5, and these were an infant, three toddlers and a pre-teenager.

I love playing ball with the children, with their dolls, helping them do homework, teaching them Spanish, fun activities, good manners and much education.

Never lose your inner child. Learn with them and teach them to be better people for the world and to feel and value that first stage of their life, where their character begins to form.
My experience with special needs children...
With Special children, I frequently am aware of all their needs, for instance, changing diapers and clothes, and have the delicacy of handling them. Always be mindful of their medicines and that you take them on time. Give them much love, read to them, and sing to them, so that he feels my stimulation on an emotional level.
