Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I am a bilingual nanny with 7 years of experience. I’ve taken care of many children ranging from the age of 6 months-13 years old. I have helped children with important developmental mile stones such as, potty training, speaking, writing, counting, dressing oneself as well as building confidence. I achieved these goals with incorporating learning into playtime and everyday life. Spending most of our time outside playing even in the rain. When spending time inside we create art, dance, practice yoga and make jello, messes are always allowed especially because we always clean up afterwards. I’m first aid certified, have my food handler’s license and CPR certificate. I’m comfortable with all pets and in fact, if allowed and if time permits, will usually take your dog out with the kiddo(s). I’m also comfortable with feeding and playing with all other kinds of pets.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going to the park, playing soccer and playing hide and seek!
Inside activities are almost the same, you can be active anywhere if you're creative enough! Let's not forget the joy art brings! Arts and crafts are a must. Painting is always fun, messes are part of the fun!
