A little bit about me

Hi! I’m Valerie, and I’m a career nanny with over 10 years of experience
caring for children of all ages from newborns to school age. I’m incredibly
passionate about what I do and truly consider this work to be my calling. I’m the
oldest of three siblings, and with both of my parents working in law enforcement, I
naturally stepped into the caretaker role from a young age. That nurturing instinct
has only grown over the years.
For the past three years, I’ve successfully managed a nanny share, caring for
children from two different families with different parenting styles and routines. I
created a daily structure that worked beautifully for both babies, and I’ve repeated that success twice with the same families from infancy through toddlerhood. I’ve
sleep-trained, potty-trained, and helped with developmental milestones every step
of the way. My days are full of play-based learning, sensory play, music,
swimming, park trips, and enrichment activities that support growth and
development.
