The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was spending an afternoon with a child who was initially very hesitant to talk or play with me. With a little encouragement, we built a fort out of pillows and blankets together. By the end of the day, he was not only excited to play in it, but also eager to show his mom what we had made when she got home. It was really rewarding to see how a simple activity helped him come out of his shell and build trust with me.
