Is the importance of how comfortable the kids feel when i am around. For kids to have fun and enjoy their time, I believe that its important to understand little kids while being firm with them and build a great connection to where they feel safe around you and can see you as someone to admire, being a good example and a great role model is what i always strive for when working with kids.
