The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters to me most about being a nanny is making sure the child feel safe, comfortable and happy being around me. I want the child to be able to feel like they can talk to me about anything and everything without judgment, and I will be there to help them with whatever they may need.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a few different experiences with kids with special needs. I cared for a six-year-old with severe autism as well as an infant who had to be tube fed.
The most important part about being a nanny...
my favorite moments as a nanny is when me and a child are working towards something over a span of time no matter how hard it might seem to them they keep pushing and once we get to that point where they finally accomplish that task, the peer happiness and enjoyment is what makes it all so worth it.
