The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel like the most important part of being a nanny is building a strong connection with the kids you are caring for. Making sure they feel safe and comfortable at all times and build trust with them. It’s also super important to engage in any activity that your child might show interest in. Just being a positive role model they can look up to and have someone they know they can rely on!
My experience with special needs children...
I have a cousin that is handicap and I have been around him my whole life. I know how to communicate with him and find myself feeling comfortable being around him. I feel like I am capable and willing to work and care for kids with special needs:)
