I’ve worked as a daycare teacher for 1 year, a preschool teacher for 3 years, and a nanny for 1.5 years. I’ve also volunteered in my church nursery for 4 years and have two nieces and nephews that I’ve helped care for since they were babies. My favorite nanny moment was when the kids I care for came back from vacation and ran straight to me yelling, “We missed you!” It was the best feeling knowing they were just as excited to see me as I was to see them. It’s moments like that that remind me why I love what I do!
