Hello! My name is Victoria and I currently live in St. Louis with my husband, our two guinea pigs (Martha and Rose), and our dog (Scully)! I have been a nanny since 2021, caring for two children beginning when they were 8 months and 5 years old, respectively, and will be seeking a new position when they relocate at the end of the summer. Prior to my switch to the nannying world, I spent 4 years as a lead preschool teacher, working with children ages 3-5, creating and implementing lesson plans, as well as supervising and tracking progress among students. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

We are SO lucky to live in a place where there is so much to do- and for FREE! Some of my favorite activities are the Forest Park Nature Playscape, the Missouri Botanical Gardens, and the Magic House (I’m a longtime member!). I’m a big nature enthusiast, so I love being able to get outside whenever possible. Children learn so much from just being outside- and the fresh air doesn’t ever hurt! On inside days, I love a good craft or messy play activity! Painting, clay, or (for older kids) even sewing and crocheting are some of my favorite activities to do indoors. I love to “go with the flow” and adapt activities specific to the child- I’ve actually discovered many new fun projects just by taking a backseat and letting the kiddos take over!

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia, and ASD.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was watching two of my nanny kiddos walk down the aisle before me as my “flower kids”!
