Hi! My name is Victoria and I recently graduated from UAB with a degree in Neuroscience (go Blazers!). I have always loved being with and taking care of children; over the past 8 years, I have been volunteering in the church nursery and variety of camps that have fueled this passion. Becoming a nanny will give me the chance to do something I love and make an impact in the lives of the families I serve. My current role in the childcare industry has given me the professional skills needed to excel, but my motivation to become a nanny is rooted in my desire to form deeper, longer lasting relationships with children and parents. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting - especially stuffed animals, and playing board and card games with my friends.

I have been volunteering in my church's nursery since I was 14 (first at my church back in MS and now here in Birmingham). I've spent hundreds of hours taking care of children 6 weeks through 4-years. Along with this I have experience both as an infant preschool teacher and subbing for a parents day out program.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing anything creative with my kids! Arts and crafts, chalk, and make believe are some fan favorites. There's nothing quite like getting all creative and goofy reading a book and you definitely can't forget to have a dance party sometimes!
