I am a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with a strong background in both in-home childcare and personal caregiving.
Over the past several years, I've worked closely with four families in Wisconsin, with two long-term placements caring for their children for over 1.5 years. I also spent 9 months working in my aunt's daycare, where I gained foundational knowledge in child development and group care. My experience spans a wide range of ages and needs, including caring for children with special needs. My approach to childcare is warm, engaging, and structured.
In addition to my childcare background, I provided full-time, 24-hour care for a paralyzed adult for 8 months, giving me a well-rounded perspective on caregiving and a deep sense of responsibility and empathy.
