Most important part of being a nanny is respecting both the parents and children. Having conversations with the guardian and parent is important to make a schedule fitting for their children day or night time routine. Being a nanny is a lot of responsibilities which can be easy and hard at times. I always had a passion to work with children either becoming a pediatrician or a gynecologist in the future.
