I've worked with ages 4-12. Mostly in a school setting. I've had my own class of students ranging from 2nd grade students to 8th grade students. I am more than capable of attending to each and every childs needs! Am more than happy to help out with homework if needed. I also have multiple certifications and proof of cleared fingerprinting (background check) if needed to be viewed.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy doing any artistic craft with children! It helps to stimulate their brain but it also helps them to express themselves creatively! Overall I enjoy to do any and every activity that the child may enjoy. Wether it's going outside to play a game of tag, painting, or playing with their toys with them!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny or babysitting is creating a safe and trusting relationship with the family and child. Working with children all these years especially in the school setting has really instilled in me that all parents and children really want is to feel a sense of safeness and trust when you are with their child. I am more the able to provide that experience for them!
My experience with special needs children...
I've worked with SPED children that range from the ages of 4-12. I am more than willing to ensure that each child has a safe and supportive environment. I've worked mostly with children that are on the autism spectrum and I really enjoy working with them!
