i volunteered at a church camp where i was in a group with 5-7 year old groups of kids. very fun, easy to communicate. then i was at my aunts with a 7month old baby and changed diapers, cooked food, and cleaned after him. i can bring baby toys if needed, and personal care. just tell me what you want and what the kid needs and i’ll get it right for you.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
playing, learning new skills. for younger groups; teaching them how to read and basic math equations. for younger groups of kids; playing, learning basic stuff you’d need before entering 1st grade or above.
The most important part about being a nanny...
making sure the kids are safe, not hungry, not bored, and are cleaned up. and that the house is very clean, and everything well taken care of. and also making sure the kids are entertained.
